Hi there ! I’m Kasia, a mother of two school aged boys and have lived in Singapore for the past 13 years. Originally from Adelaide, South Australia, I started the expat journey as a teenager and have continued on this path with my own family. 

Having spent the last 18 years working in the Finance Industry across Sydney, Hong Kong and now Singapore and juggling family life and work commitments, I am well accustomed to the intricacies of relocation and importance of meeting the needs of the entire household before deciding where your next “home away from home” will be - that includes for example minor but significant details, like in my case - finding the best options for my soccer mad kids to continue with their intensive soccer training across the island ! 

Having witnessed the increased challenges many expats face in the last few years at “handover” time, I identified a critical void in the market - a service which provides clients with a comprehensive, yet pragmatic, approach to managing one’s own relocation on the little red dot. My aim is empower tenants and landlords along their journey with the aim to reduce unnecessary stress throughout the journey. This realisation fueled the creation of Expat Handovers, a service meticulously designed to bridge the gap in the rental landscape.

With a commitment to easing the complexities of relocation, I have successfully positioned Expat Handovers as a trusted ally for those embarking on a new chapter in the vibrant city-state of Singapore.

Hello there! Allow me to introduce myself - I'm Elise, one of the proud owners of Expat Handovers.

Recently, my family and I made the exciting decision to relocate to the vibrant city of Singapore. With my loving husband, three wonderful kids, and two dogs, we embarked on this new adventure together. Although we didn't have the luxury of "relocation help," we embraced the challenges and have grown immensely from the experience.

One of my greatest passions in life is helping others. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to various corporate roles, striving to make a positive impact wherever I could. However, I felt a calling for something more meaningful, something that would allow me to contribute to the well-being of others on a deeper level.

In pursuit of this purpose, Expat Handovers was born. It serves as a platform where we can help our clients navigate the rental process in the lion city. Along this journey I’ll also share my knowledge, experiences, and insights to inspire and assist others in their own journeys. Whether it's providing advice, resources, or simply a listening ear, I am committed to making a difference in the lives of those we work with. 

When I'm not working, you can find me indulging in my favorite hobbies - running and pilates. These are my personal outlets for self-care and rejuvenation.

Originally hailing from Adelaide, Australia, I have always cherished my roots. The warm and welcoming nature of the Australian culture has shaped me into the person I am today. While I may be far from home, I carry the values and spirit of my homeland with me, infusing them into everything I do.

Im a former banker turned real estate agent. I joined the Expat Handovers team in November 2024 working part-time.

My move into property was driven by a passion for creating homes that inspire emotion, foster personal connections and fir seamlessly into a clients lifestyle. My attention to detail and commitment to clients ensures a seamless and thoughtful property handover experience.
